Dorayaki with Chocolate custard filling

Chocolate custard cream

2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp corn flour
1 cup milk
5-6 tbsp sugar
salt
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp chocolate

dorayaki
1 egg white
2 eggs
100 g low protein flour
1 tbsp honey
55 g sugar
salt
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp oil
